About

I’m planning on 2013 being a great year and I’m about to start out on a new journey.  Angela is my name, and Travel is my game.  With 6 years in the Travel and Hospitality Industry with some public sector Public Relations experience thrown in for good measure, I hope to create a memorable vacation experience for you!

Currently I live in downtown Toronto with my husband and 3 year old Mini Schnauzer Cross.  Both my husband and I are lucky enough to work in the travel industry and can combine to take some pretty great trips.  If we back it up 6 years, I was stuck in a job I did not love, working as a government contractor in Public Relations.  I loved travel, and loved helping plan trips and parties for my friends.  Needed a local tour guide for the day? I was it.

This led me to Capilano University where I completed a Diploma in Tourism Management with a Coop Segment at the Delta Lodge at Kananaskis.  In the years since I have worked in Sales for a Corporate Team Building and Event Planning Company, lovingly acted as a Babysitting for Fisherman travelling two-three times a week to the Queen Charlotte Islands, and for a Boutique Wholesale Tour Operator where I got to be the jack of all trades.  To help pay the bills I worked my way around the Restaurant industry.

In the last 10 years I have travelled to places like:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Scotland
  • Ireland
  • France
  • Poland
  • Mexico
  • Caribbean Islands (US Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos)
  • Mexico

Plus don’t forget a few little places like New York City, Boston, Montreal and anywhere were I could find a winery in beautiful British Columbia.
